Hey! I'm Tray. Thanks for dropping by. Here's a little bit about me.
I'm a dedicated husband and proud father of three energetic boys. My journey
in the home building and designing industry spans over 20 years, during
which I've turned countless visions into beautiful,
custom-built homes.
My homebuilding approach is to create spaces that families can truly call
their own by blending,
aesthetics, functionality, and innovation.
My wife is my greatest support and partner in life, always encouraging me
to pursue my passions. Our three boys keep us on our toes with their
boundless energy and curiosity, and inspire me to be creative and stay committed to excellence.
Family is the heart of everything I do. It's this sense of
togetherness that I strive to bring to every home I build. Whether it's
designing a cozy living room where families can gather or crafting a dream
kitchen for shared meals, my goal is to create homes that foster connection
and joy.

We're happy to have Brandon Maughan as our preferred lender. Unlike most loan officers, he holds a Finance degree from BYU's Marriott School of Business!
He's a seasoned loan officer with Security National Mortgage Company, having first received his mortgage license in 2004.
Brandon’s passion for understanding financing and effectively acquiring real estate has driven his successful career in lending. He excels at strategizing with clients to help them build their real estate portfolios.
